Last night I was surfing for a free web host, and I stumbled across a pretend lycos site, I was entering personal information, then, I happened to glance at a link and noticed the site, altough it looked exactly like the lycos I had seen before, this one was bogus, anyway, I did some research, and if you think you may be at a phish site type this in the address bar and click enter:
javascript:alert("The actual URL is: " + location.protocol + "//" + location.hostname + "/" + "\nThe address URL is: " + location.href + "\n" + "If the server names do not match, this may be a spoof.");Remember, even if the web browser address bar, status bar, and title bar displays the correct address, that doesnt mean it isnt a spoofed web site.
Also pay attention to these to:
%00
%01
@
in the web address, could be a redirector to a spoofed site.
Also more information available at:http://support.microsoft.com/?id=833786

I believe that's what's discussed here;
