how to bypass encrypted file password

i got a file and its encrypted cant remember the pass, pls help.

Sorry, but we have no way to verify your situation and no assurance that such information would not be used for illegal purposes. In any event, accessing an encrypted file without the password would be very difficult. It was designed to be. If it was easy to bypass why would you bother to encrypt it in the first place?
