Hewlett-packard / A1022n
July 16, 2010 at 13:22:21
Specs: Windows XP, 1.87GB
note: the product wont help you at all because winbooterr targets all processors anyways

i caught this worm the other day and now im wondering how to get rid of it
basically it takes over your startup svchost and makes your default browser startup taking up all your CPU usage to lag your computer and sometimes stops you from opening up other software

any solutions?

I think Malwarebytes will get rid of it. You can prevent it by running Windows Updates but once you got it you can't do a Windows Update.

This may help.
