Ii am trying to download a free anti virus program and the computer is telling me to restart the computer. when i press restart the computer shuts down and then when i start it again it repeats the message
I assume you are restarting from Windows (not the power off/on button). You might have to uninstall it from Control Panel - Add Remove Programs, restart computer and then try again with a fresh download.
What AV is it?
