I very much doubt it's a virus on a mobile phone. More likely the memory card is faulty. Dump it and buy a new one (a well-known brand, not a "cheapo" one). Make sure you "format" the new card using the phone's menu system as soon as you insert it. Even if the card appears to be already formatted it's essential to do it anyway with the device that's going to use it.
