✔ Best Answer
Most redirections can be cured by running these 3 progs in exactly the same order listed
1- rkill.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
2- tdss killer
http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?q...
3- Malwarebytes
http://www.filehippo.com/download_m...
The instructions are on each link and DON'T reboot untill after the LAST scan by Malwarebytes

If the above doesn't remove the problem, then run them again in Safe mode

If its Jumptoolbar, its probably a add on toobar, try loading your internet browser without add ons and see if it comes up. If not I would remove the toolbar in settings. IF not I would run malwarebytes, and remove what it marks as bad.

edit: my post was too slow didnt see xpuser4real untill after post

In retrospect, in case it is a root kit, answer 2 is the safest option. With a redirect its a real possibility.
