How do I get rid of trojan horse BHO.JTH

I have got a report my AVG virus scanner that my computer is infected with Trojan Horse BHO.JTH please see the alert copied below:

"C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe (5092)";"Trojan horse BHO.JTH";"Infected"
"C:\Windows\System32\locsock32.dll";"Trojan horse BHO.JTH";"Infected"
"C:\Windows\System32\locsock32.dll";"Trojan horse BHO.JTH";"Infected"

What free virus scanner can I use to heal this infection? I know that you can't simply remove the rundll32.exe as that will cause window to crash?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

WARNING : Those are win core files and you can`t delete them

but, repair installation should do the trick

Thanks.
The only problem is that I don't have the vista dvd (as mine is a laptop and it already came with vista and I was asked to backup the vista recovery dvd).

Alternatively, is there a free virus scanner that can cure this virus without deleting the files?
