How do I get rid of OfferOptimizer

I have an offeroptimizer banner on my toolbar that will not go away and I am very sick of it being there. Can anyone please tell me how to rid myself of it?

I am sure if you use "hijackthis" it will allow you to clean your system of the problem. Go to this website
