Download and update Superantispyware. Download links: http://www.pcrisk.com/top-spyware-r... Then run your computer in safe mode. Click Start, click Shut down, click Restart, click Ok. During your computer starting process press F8 key on your keyboard multiple times until you see Windows Advanced Option menu, then select Safe mode from the list. Then run a full system scan. To fix registry issues that could have occurred use CCleaner. Download links http://www.filehippo.com/download_c...

There's a little confliction between your subject line and text.
Just for info:

explorer.exe is Windows Explorer (main Windows file).

iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer (browser)

iexplorer.exe is a Virus

Sorry but, as you can see, one character makes all the difference.
Is it the second one or the last one, and what is bringing it to your attention?

btw
MSE is a an AV which runs in the background. I assume McAfee does the same.
I realise that you are possibly just testing but it would not be a good idea to
have both running together long term. They use resources checking each other
and it could lead to conflicts.

MalwareBytes (free version) is very good at unearthing and fixing things that
other programs can miss.
