how do i get rid of .exe's?

I have the following items located in my documents and settings folder which cause annoying popups saying "your computer is infected", so how do I get rid of them?

download Super Anti-Spyware and install,Download ATF Cleaner Boot to safe mode (Tap F8 key continually While booting up) Run the ATF cleaner then run the super anti-spyware program Reboot to normal mode

Also you may need to turn off your system restore (right click my comp/properties/system restore/check inbox "turn off system restore") and repeat the above
