how do I check if someone copied files

Specs: Windows Vista
A person was working on my computer. Now i suspect that he copied my files, can i verify this?

Probably not.
There are two possible ways, but both are disabled by default in Vista.
1. Check the last access timestamp in Windows explorer. By default this is disabled.
2. Check the security log. By default there is no security logging.

Both are disabled for performance reasons. It is too late to turn these things on now.
