How can I get rid of Backdoor.Beast

I scanned my system with Norton Antivirus and it found the Backdoor.Beasty.E. How can I get rid of this virus?

I've gone through the complete process, and the virus is still there. It's infected the svchost.exe file, and I cannot delete it.

You can delete the file from the Safe Mode.
