My hotmail would not allow me access for a week but eventually Microsoft unlocked it for me. The trouble is that the system is now in an asian language; I have no messages older than seven days but I do have a number of emails prior to this time that are not mine. I am running CA security and I never divulge my hotmail password. What has happened and what can I do? Microsoft have gone strangely quiet on this subject!! I would much appreciate any help because I would like to recover my old emails.
Regards, Tom Denne
