I recently removed Hotbar from my system. The uninstall went fine but now when I open Outlook I get an error message: c:\program files\hotbar\bin\4.5.0.0\redemption.dll cannot be opened. Anyone know how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
You must have "Outlook Redemption". There are a couple of things you can do.

1. Go To, "Add or Remove Programs", in "Control Panel.

2. Choose To Remove "Outlook"

3. Restart Your Computer

4. Install Outlook or Download From http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/download.htm

OR

1. Go To www.driverguide.com, To, "Member Login", Username = drivers, Password = all

2. Search for your driver

3. Download your driver, and put it in the folder it was missing from

4. Try to run "Outlook" again

Best Of Luck

Jeremy

Thanks Jeremy. I really don't know much about this so I need a couple of questions answered. If I remove and reinstall Outlook I assume I'll need to backup my Outlook email. Right? And with reference to the driver- that would be the driver for Outlook Redemption I assume. Thanks again for the help.
