Go to Start, right click Internet Explorer, click Internet Properties, click Security tab, click on Trusted Sites, and delete that web site if it's in there. Also, did you run those programs mentioned above in Safe Mode?

I have done that. Same problem. The page always loads to that Allwebsearch thing. I cannot change it. It is liste in the Restricted sites, but is sill routing there when IE is opened. Tried in safe mode too.
