A few days ago my dad's computer came up with a virus or trojan horse. I thought I had it removed but now the computer is acting up even more. A few scanners haven't been working and now his E-mail just got hacked. Whenever I tried the AVG on Safe mode or in regular window it always ended up freezing. Spy-bot doesn't want to open up, other executable files don't usually open. Any help would be appreciated.
