Hijackthis freezes on 015 Trusted Z

I just found and dumped 54 iterations of BackWeb Lite on my system using a full updated SpyBot 1.3. Then I tightened up my security. I was about to use Hijackthis but it keeps freezing on 015 Trusted Zone enumerator. It even happens if I turn off all other progs.

This file, DelDomains.inf. will remove all entries in the Trusted Zone (015's)and Restricted Zone http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf

To use: Close all open browsers
Right-click DelDomains.inf and select: Install

Run you Ht scan again, hopefully it is gone.
