My menu bar has been hijacked, i dont know what is causing it but it is as if someone is continously pushing ctrl and alt buttons over and over. typing is near impossible and mouse clicks are altered depending on what has been pushed. no i haven"t spilled anything. any ideas out there

Help me I'm lost!
