Hijacked browser

Help! My browser has also been hijacked and porn sites have been added to my favorites list. I have downloaded Spybot S&D and HiJack This. I'm not computer savvy so I deleted only the files that I knew werent needed. Here is a log, what else can I safely get rid of?
