Solved Hidden virus?

Specs: Windows XP
My PC hacked and I reformatted my system C drive but is there any possibility to a viruses remain in D drive and infect the C drive again after reformatting?I don't install any program in the D drive and it contains only mp3, video, docx files and downloaded programs.

I used NOD 5 and for now i'm using Avast Pro.Can a virus install in separate hidden location in D partition without installing in music, video, text and downloaded program files?Or it install in user's files of D drive?

Run a complete scan for C:\, D:\ and other drives.
