Hidden program running at the bg

Hi, my computer recently has some problem.
When I leave it on overnight, the next morning there will be a lot of hidden program running at the background eating up the memory. (I saw this throught task manager)

Below is the hijackThis log, I already delete the Gain related spyware, and some spy related searchbar. But the rest I am not sure, would you guys please help me take a look? thanks.

I`m just learming how to use Hijack This but really the best thing to do before posting a hijack tis log is to d./l run and update adaware & spybot search and destroy & spyware blaster. These will get rid of most of you problems and leaves a lot less in the hijcak log to plow thru.

I found those problems in yours using google in about 30 seconds
