Okey,I really need some help, but I'm not english,so i'll try to describe the problem somehow, sorry for my english, hope you can understand :)

Kaspersky Anti-Virus says that there's a virus named HEUR:Trojan.Win32.Generic in my computer. It's located at Internet temporary files,so i guess it's from the internet. But the thing is,my Kaspersky has expired and I only can check my computer,it doesn't fix the problems, though it has placed the two files (with this virus) to quarantine,I don't know if it's good or bad.My computer reboots a few minutes after i have turned it on,and today it crashed, everything went black,it's slower than before and seems like it's getting worse.I don't know what to do,i tought that maybe if i'll delete the files it may help, but then again, maybe it doesn't help and the virus is still in my computer, maybe you can help, thank you anyway! :)

try a full scan with malwarebytes and fix all it finds....then I would suggest you unload Kaspersky and go with avast free....much better real-time protection, free auto updates and no scheduled scans needed.

You can read about it here:
Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
