okay, i supposively have a trojan or of some sort on my computer, TrojanHunter calls it C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-3384768303-563483816-828076528-1006\Dc4\LimeShop.exe and so i sent it to them and they said it was adware and just get rid of it, okaaayy.....so i ran ad-aware 6.0 and got rid of all the stuff it scanned.

I scan with TrojanHunter again, and it still says i have a possible trojan, so i guess ad-aware didn't get rid of it or sumthing. Well, anyways, it started with AVG, the shield popped up saying i got a downloader.trojan or sumthing like that, i scan, and says it can't get rid of it, so i quaratine the infected files as it told me to do so.

I scan with AVG and this time it says it has healed the virus or sumthing like that, anyways, i scan with TrojanHunter again, it still says that i still have the trojan, and right now I can't see any pictures on the internet, was this done by the trojan or maybe sumthing i messed up with the Task Manager?? i dunno....but i need help badly. Also, i scanned with A squared and some other anti-trojans i found on these forums, all of them found nothing, except for TrojanHunter has i have mentioned above. Plz Help!!

hi ultima,
disable your system restore, get the latest anti-virus, anti-trojan defs, go to safe mode, scan with your anti virus, anti-trojan, delete all files they come up with, then do a clean up of your temp internet files, temp files, history files, and cookie folder, if possible do a defrag, and a scan disk. clean your recycle bin. reboot to regular mode, re enable your system restore.
all the best,
murve
