Help with Trojan and Worm!

Hi, I got worm and Trojan on my laptop. When I used Norton to clean, it just showed that windows/system32/enbiei.exe is running, the system is very slow (cpu 100%), and a virus w32.Blaster.F.Worm was detected. Also Trojan. How to fix it? Does Alast! work? Thanks a lot!

Hi, thanks to you guys' help, now I got rid of the Trojan and blaster.worm by the Norton's particular anti and spy sweeper, but Norton detected another worm of w32.welchia.worm, but I couldn't find a way to clean it. Any suggestions? Thanks again.
