Help! With This Virus!

Ok.I'll try to be calm. This virus is altering the boot sequence of Windows XP. I boot to windows and it says "IS-5EUVT.EXE is named wrong" or something. I would assume its a virus. I just did a virus scan and it found a couple of infections: Adware Generic3.AIE (2) Adware Generic2.TQI Trojan Horse Proxy.PNQ (18) Trojan Horse Backdoor .Generic9.AOYB
As I said, there isn't a problem if you just post what it is you need to accomplish.
