Hi all, can anyone help me with this damned prob. I have run trendmicro and when I try and clean/delete this file i get tab showing access is denied make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that file is not currently in use it is stored in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\gtaqcw.exe

turn off system retore temporarly...
try booting in safe mode, run adaware and virus scans, empty temp folder, use regedit and search for file and delete, check msconfig> startup as well...:)
