My NAV found that my computer has a file named mnsvcsp.dll is infected with a trojan. It won't Quaranteen, delete or do anything with it. Cannot be manually deleted either. After running some online tests, I have found the exact name of this trojan would be BKDR SCLOG.20. PLease help me! I have try to go to recovery console but somehow it won't recognize my admin pass
Strange... PLEASE HELP!!!
