Hi
My dad's pc have a virus on witch he and i can't get it off. He was browsing the net when his pc got the virus. The antivirus that he is using seems to me, only detects the virus and can't removed it. There are 3 viruses (Troj_Pakes.PO, Troj_Inject.CH & Troj_Packed.BIN) witch i can't find something that can help to fix this problem. Every time the pc is restarted, one of the 3 viruses or all 3, downloads 3 files (bcujhcc.exe, ovifga.exe, ususupd.exe). Even all the other running files on the pc is infected by the virus, eg. Nero - then installing it comes up with a window block that says the program is not certifide/aproved to be installed. Same with DX9c witch we used a long time now. We turned off the modem (DSL), reinstalled Windows, installed the software that we use from backup cd's and after that is all done, we switch on the modem and then the viruses are back. My dad's pc is a Gigabyte board with a Core 2 Dual 2.66 CPU, 2Gig Ram and a Gforce 7900 GTX. Is it possible that the virus can infect mp3,pps,swf,txt,doc and more or does it only infect runnig files? Is there a way to removed these viruses with a better antivirus program or any other way? Can somebody help?
Thanx for reading my problem

1-which AV is it?
2- Have you tried all the basic Spyware scans?
3- Have you done any free on-line AV scans?

This is a pretty new trojan. All I could come with is this site:

As far as I understand these are the antivirus programs that can remove your trojan.

Hope this helps.

Thanx for replying. The AV that my dad use is VCOM Fix-It System Suite 7. This AV is updated every week. He did do an online scan, but the online scan did not find anything. I looked on the net to find any Spyware programs that could fix the "Troj" problem, but couldn't find a thing. Maybe i'm looking at the wrong places.

This morning when my dad switch on pc, the virus created 5 diffrent exe virus files in the root of C Drive. So he format and reinstalled Win XP after he disconnected the modem. Then he installed a diffrent AV(Panda Internet Security 2007) that we had on a backup disc witch we also don't have any updates. Before he switch the modem on he ran the AV and scan the pc's HD and no viruses was found. He than turn the modem on for AV to update, do a scan and the AV found 1 hacking tool. Maybe it might be that "ovifga.exe" file, but rest could still be there. My dad desides to buy him self a new HD (500Gig HD) and backup all his mp3s to that HD. He will then format and repartition the HD in his pc.

Is it possible for this viruses to infect the ram and the bios? So far we found that the virus only infect the exe files. I'll keep you all posted if something happens.
Thanx

You can find lots of good free cleaners and spyware progs in the link on my sig, plus basic instructions.

Also run this free on-line scan:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/xscan.php
and remove all it finds. It may appear to stall, but just let it load and it will scan your PC.

VCOM is one of the rip-off wonder pills, claims to do EVERYTHING and leaves you wondering what went wrong!

Basicly you have a bad spyware infestation, all 3 of the items you mentioned are NOT viruses, they ARE trojans!

Get rid of VCOM! Download AVG, AdAware and SpyBot S&D. Update and scan with each weekly!

Considering your lack of knowledge, computerwise, you need to get all of your Windoze Updates too! (worms)!
