My computer is having virus and spyware problems. I have tried different utilities to resolve it like Etrust tools, Avast Antivirus, spybots, ATF Cleaner..etc but the problems still exists. Problem shows Virus Alert in the System tray next to the clock, the desktop is turned off, When you click Start All progams disappeared, My computer does not show disk drives, My Documents has been re-mapped to a temp folder, and there are probably more that I have not discovered. I would appreciate any help that you can offer.
