Help. Trojan!!

hey people

i need some help. when i run Disk defragmenter, and defragment the C drive i get a pop-up from my Anti-virus program saying i have viruses. the progam i've got is Bitdefender.

some of the viruses are called

- Trojan.Downloader.Agent.BQ
- Trojan.Downloader.Istbar.W
- Trojan.Downloader.Dyfuca.DA
- Trojan.Downloader.Agent.Z
- Trojan.Downloader.Agent.AE
- JS.Winshow.U
- Trojan.Clicker.Delf.R

all of this viruses are located in C:\system volume information\_restore....

i cant even access this folder. When i do a virus scan, it doesn't pick it up?

can someone help to show me how to remove this viruses, also to how to access the system volune information folder.

thanks everyone

help needed asap!!!

System Restore files are protected, and there is no antivirus program that can gain access to clean/repair/delete them. You need to turn system restore off(my Computer>Propertes>System Restore) and restart your computer and run your antivirus program. When the system is clean you can turn system restore back on. HTH
