- Trojan.Downloader.Dyfuca.DA
- Trojan.Downloader.Agent.Z
- Trojan.Downloader.Agent.AE
- JS.Winshow.U
- Trojan.Clicker.Delf.Rall of this viruses are located in C:\system volume information\_restore....
i cant even access this folder. When i do a virus scan, it doesn't pick it up?
can someone help to show me how to remove this viruses, also to how to access the system volune information folder.
thanks everyone
help needed asap!!!

System Restore files are protected, and there is no antivirus program that can gain access to clean/repair/delete them. You need to turn system restore off(my Computer>Propertes>System Restore) and restart your computer and run your antivirus program. When the system is clean you can turn system restore back on. HTH
