I have two files that I can not remove C:\System Volume Information\_restore{202550A8-7A33-4BCA-9586-051D24DDBF8F}\RP91\A0031693.exe The other one is practically same with different Axxxxxxx.exe number. I tried avast, ewido and zone alarm but did not get them remove. Does anyone know what this file is and how to remove them? I have a korean window with a korean manufacturer.

Those would seem to be System Restore files, which are normally protected by Windows.
