Oh my lord, will someone help me. Here is the problem. When I hit my Internet Explorer, my homepage changes to about:blank if I change the properties and shutdown it down it changes back, and also I have this annoying popup that changes, but it says the same thing in the top left side "only the best" and there is a different ad each time, a dating service, spyware removal, and even one that really pissed me off it said "Isn't this annoying" I have spysweeper, when I run it, the same 3 annoying items show up and I remove them and if I run it again, they show up, it's like I can't delete them. here is what I have done to try and remove this. i have run all of these , then restarted and nothing changes. Can someone please help ? I have Norton Antivirus Spysweeper Zone Alarm Spybot Search and Destroy Spyblaster

Are you running these from Safe Mode?? because many things can hide in normal mode. 1)Delete ALL Internet Temp, off-line & online content, History & cookie files. Then reboot to Safe Mode (start tapping F8 key as soon as you power ON system - before Windows boots, choose Safe Mode) 2) (from Safe Mode) Run a/v, Spysweeper & Spybot. Reboot and go run HouseCall free online scan. http://housecall.trendmicro.com Make sure you write down any names that any of these scanners find....for later research for specific tools or tactics needed for further repairs. Post back with results so far.
