i have found a folder called "ddm" in ny program files and it was not there before.
I think it is some sort of spyware as it is slowing my pc down and also crashes web pages.
it cannot be deleted and i have tried pest patrol,ad-aware,norton anti v 2004,spybot,trojan remover, and nothing finds or deletes it?
any help would be great as it is driving me crazy

Did a check at the McAfee virus/trojan library and found nothing called "ddm." Thatin itself, of course, means nothing.

You might try creating a retore point in System Restore, then deleting the file in Safe Mode.

I suggested the Restore Point just in case "ddm" is a necessary file in the operating system. Although, I find no such file on my own PC.

Let's have a look, Download 'Hijack This!'. Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".
When the scan is finished, click "Save Log", and copy and paste it in a reply.
