hi, i was looking for some help on a virus i think my dad has. im not sure if it is or not but this is whats happening...
whenever he tries to play a movie file all he see's is a picture of a ladies naval area. he is running Win XP Pro and using winamp 5 to play the files.

Sorry, I couldn't resist the opening line... See if he has run Adaware SE, and Spybot. Perhaps there is spywares...it is a good starting point, at least. What is he using for anti-virus?

There is a file (actually it is the same file with many different names), usually a .asf video file, on WINMX that can be downloaded. When played contains a girls midsection. It is usually 68-69 Kb in size. To my knowledge it is not or does not contain a virus or spy/adware, but as always, it is best to avoid it if it is unknown.

S-man i think you may have solved the problem! he has this annoying issue where he has to investigate things on his computer when there is no one to make sure he isnt destroying it! as you may have guessed he cant use a computer to save his life! thanks for all your help
