Comment: my computer have been infected by some type of virus call trojan. now my computer whole bunch of the symantec message scanning keep poping up and a message that say "Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the message" and it say my computer have been infected. the desktop background say spyware infection. please help me. i have norton anitivirus. what i do best

Reply: (edit)Well, the spyware apps like above mentioned are good to detect and sweep any spywares, but not suitable for trojans. Trash (Uninstall) your Norton. Go to www.nod32.com and download a trial version of NOD32. It IS indeed a trial version, but it is fully functional for about 30 days. That means you can scan your systems with it and try to delete the virus.
