help! malware J infected my pc

my computer seems to be affected by some malwarej(thts what mcfee says...)which cannot be deleted , quatranied... because of it i cannot open mozilla firefox,(it gives the message "try some other, IE and Opera are not so Bad -SAM-") nor can i CTRL ALT DEL (that gives the message "whats wrong with the processes???-SAM-") and when i try to login thru yahoo messenger, it restarts loggin in by the name "HAPPY SANKRANTI/PONGAL 2008 http://crackspider.net"... thanks in advance!!

now the virus or whatever it is isnt allowing me to acess orkut!!!!! guys please help me remove this crap from my computer...even my memory stick(digital camera) and pen drive are affected...how do i remove it from them??? please help!!!
