tried to erase them with AVG but doesn't seem to work. I've been reading about Hijack this, counterspy, etc. Could anyone help me with a procedure to clean my comp?
download Avast free and disable AVG, then install avast and let it do a bootscan on reboot. Also try a free online scan http://www.spywareinfo.com/xscan.php and remove all it finds
Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks
