the only way i can get on the internet is cuz im using my other laptop, but my older laptop has a virus, i cant even check which, everytime i start up the computer it shows a fake warning message on my background, explorer wont even start up, i can see the start menu n stuff but i cant open anything, i tried running a scan with avg, but the scan wont start, ill click to start it but the computer wil just sit there and not do anything. I treid running in safe mode but i keep getting the blue screen, i tried system restore but it does the same thing as if i started normaly, i cant open the task maneger because it says that the admin blocked it, and i cant go to set the access since nothing will start up in the start menu is there any way to fix this and i can still keep my files? the laptop thats infected is a inspiron 6000 pentium m processor with windows xp media center
