hi, im kind of a newbie here and in the virus "sector" thing.

my laptop is doing really bad. its sooo slow. and when i connect to the internet all these popups come up. my popup blockers don't even block them. i installed norton 2005 and it scanned 30 malwares and a virus. the virus is jkhhf.dll. i can't remove it. i already removed around 11 of the malwares but the others just can't be deleted.

pleaaaaseee...i really am in deep trouble with this one. any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.

start by turning off system restore,

then reboot up in safe mode, using (f8) key, choose safe mode from list,

empty temp folder,
empty temporary internet files folder,

scan for viruses and spyware,

if norton still cant remove file, check path*\\\ ,, and manually move to trash,

restart normal , then empty trash,

jkhhf.dll ~may be winfixer spyware related:

try using symantec: fixvundo
tool
