Help? Being sued?

Specs: Windows 16.09.2009
I recently had a virus on my computer and I still think its affecting it. This morning when I logged on I noticed that I had a new program installed called I-Q Helper. It had something to do with finding downloaded content on my pc that I was being sued for. It had installed on its own but I uninstalled it, is this something I should worry about?

Sometimes Viruses tend to be self duplicating.. so even
though u have uninstalled the "IQ" program there might still
be a main file that's probably in a temp file.. Have you tried
running CCleaner or download it..?. if u don't have it, it's a
Free program that analysis every thing left behind from the
internet like temp files cookies history and much more and
deletes can find it by googling it and follow the steps..

also have i have solved a lot of my virus problems by First
getting a Second by checking out how to videos
from youtube.. Good Luck...
