Virus Trojan horse Downloader.Keenval.N is found in file C:\System Volume Information\_restore{EoC22EC0-D318-4D95-967D-A5C2B4653ED0}-\RP232\A0030352.dll To remove this virus, please run AVG for windows. What does this mean? I am not to computer smart. Please help. Ty

It means update AVG and scan. Did you read the tutorial that came with your email in AVG???? HHHMMMM, why even write it then?

The malware resides in your System Restore files. Disable System Restore, re-boot, enable System Restore. You will have lost all your System Restore points which will start to accumulate once more.
To disable System Restore open My Computer, click View System Information then click on the System Restore tag. Check the "Turn Off System Restore" box then click OK
Running AVG will not remove this bug.

Go to the file where the virus is, and delete it. If it errors out and says its in use by an application. Go into dos on startup. I dont know how to do it but.... someone...... please tell this person how.
