Hello. I'm 16 and I'm not really comprehending what's happening to me. I got a virus with alot of trojans and a desktop warning me of spyware. Now, I can't change my desktop. Do this first to help detemine the problem.Download Hijack This at this link http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ then place it into a folder of it's on, such as C:\HJT, so that back up copies can be made and not clutter your desktop or other folders and the backup copies of deleted items can be easily located if needed. Once saved double click HijackThis.exe, and press "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents into the text editor. Do not fix anything yet unless you know what you are doing. This is a powerful tool that can crash the computer if used improperly.

Shlznlt,Looks like first of all you need to uninstall a program called "new.net" from add/remove programs. On ocassion that malware damages your winsocks making getting online impossible. Download LSPfix, winsockfix and killbox from this link to your desktop before uninstalling New.net or any other listed below. http://www.subratam.org/main/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=19&Itemid=41 Should your ability to access the internet fail after removing any of these run LSPfix (try to get on the internet) if that fails run winsockfix(try to get on the internet. Kill box we will use later. So once you have the three tools downloaded go to start>control panel>add/remove programs>scroll down to these programs if found>click on them>click change/remove and follow the directions to uninstall: Savenow Newdotnet new.net Webhancer Try to get on the internet.Use the above programs if you have problems then post a new HT log.
