Hey computing people!

I'm having some MAJOR virus troubles, and was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction.

When I ran McAfee, I had over 300 detections, mostly worms / trojans etc. About half of them it healed / deleted, but many it said it failed to delete.

Now, I can't run McAfee or any other .exe (msconfig etc from task manager) because it asks me to "choose the program you want to use to open this file"

Anyway, I've been googling like crazy, but really not making much headway.

Anyway nudges in the right direction would really help!
