Has Ad-aware stopped updating?

Has Ad-aware stopped releasing updates for version 1.06? I haven't had an update since 12/27/07 and I keep getting the error message "Your definitions are (insert number) days old would you like check for updates now?" For the first month it would just report "No updates availabe" and for the past 2 weeks it's been saying there's an error retrieving the update. So is it safe to assume that there will be no more updates? I can't install Ad-aware 2007 since it doesn't work with Windows ME. I can't get any other updates on any of my other computers as well with this version. They are Windows 98 computers so I can't update them either.

Thanks,

Sorry for posting this, I just found another thread like this in the Windows ME forum, I didn't look there thinking that it would have been posted here. But still, is there any other information not covered in that post?

Thanks,

Lesly, Sorry to jump in but one question. Do we uninstall SE prior to installing 2007? Glad I ran across this post, Thank You. Bluejay

Ooops - forget this reply.
I'd repeated what was in the earlier link,
so I've zapped it.
