Comment: I had 20gb left on my 80gb hard drivr, but one day it was all gone. I found a application on my computer that was over 20gb in size. It was listed as "sa27." I can't delete it and don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP.

Reply: (edit)Download Pocket Killbox & it may do the trick. May have to use safe mode. http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip How to start Windows XP in Safe mode http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001060608000039 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315222&Product=winxp http://www.whtvcable.com/virusremoval%20.htm Still need to find out why. Download HiJackThis, install & run to get a log file. Don't fix anything yet. You then post the log file at the site provided below & it will tell you what to fix. http://www.merijn.org/downloads.html http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/ HijackThis log file analysis & repair ( online ) http://hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english Or, http://startup.networktechs.com/page-68.html http://hjt.iamnotageek.com/
