Hacktool.rootkit in system file

I find virus Hacktool.rootkit in system file:
C:\windows\system32\rofl.sys
there is no way I could delet it, Symantec Antivirus quarantine it succeeded, but I cannot find that file(rofl.sys)in win32. and it keeping pop up notification (starting from 1 to hunderes),if I clear notification, it will start over seconds.
can anyone help me? thanks lot
