There is this guy that has been figuring out exactly where I am just by looking at the IM messages that I send him through AIM. How is he doing this? It is kinda scaring me. Is there any way to prevent this?

Stop sending him messages? Science is built up with facts, as a house is with stones. But a collection of facts is not more a science than a heap of stones is a home

He finds a way to do it by just sending me a message and then when i block him he then creates a new sn and messages me again. There is no escaping this guy

Change your identity. When Google isn't your best pal

find and block that ip address, or complain to server, change messanger and /or username, check settings in messanger for blocking user, talk to friends for personal input/help... :)

There are several sites that can give your e-mail and name and a lot of stuff just from your e-mail address. That's really just the tip of the iceburg!

Do you mean where you are physically? What type of email address are you using? Are you sending him any files? Do you perhaps have your profile information as such that it actually shows valid information? There are many ways someone can track you down. Perhaps you can supply a little more information as to what's going on, and what you would like to accomplish. Soylent Green is PEOPLE!!!
