I've managed to get myself infected with the Crystalys Media Browser Plugin, the h91746.exe trojan. All it does is create pop ups in IE, as well as try to do something, not sure what, in ms-dos. Also, I have a sneaky suspicion it's the reason Firefox suddenly starts trying to connect via dial-up every so often. I've searched google, which lead me to try CounterSpy and spywareinfo.com/xscan.php, on top of my Spybot Search & Destroy I had been running. Counterspy recognizes the problem, but after it removes it, h91746.exe reappears. Spybot and spywareinfo can't find the problem at all. My Norton Antivirus will every so often report a trojan has been found and quarantined. If anyone could provide me with some laymens instructions on how to remove this nuasance, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

It seems that your system is infected with more threats. Some of them may keep reinstalling Crystalys Media. Another possible variant - a spyware remover doesn't get rid of all the parasite files and registry keys. I suggest trying out Crystalys Media manual removal instructions.
