gzsweyoq.sys file causing problems

Specs: Windows 7, 3
I'm trying to delete a sys file, I can't, i've tried in safe mode as well as command line.

when I google the name it nothing shows up with is a first time for me. How can I delete it. Do I have to run 3 separate malware programs first like other posts suggests?

the name gzsweyoq.sys and it is in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers directory

it forces reboots and crashes then forces me to scan disk, not finding problems it reverts back to an older version of windows but the file is still there.. if you look at the date created it is always the current date no matter what.

will I have to reformat the computer to get rid of it?
