i downloaded grokster and i ran a virus check.it came back saying that a generic portable executable virus was found in the program itself. i was just trying to find out what it is and if its anything to worry about. thanks

where did you d/l it from? gorster is full of spy ware. try doing a google for kazaalite its been removed from that verion.

I read on the net ages ago Bearshare 2.4.0 Beta 7 LimeWire 2.02 Kazaa (unspecified versions) Grokster 1.33 Net2Phone (unspecified versions) all these programs install that W32.DIDer.exe trojan What ever that is. Get rid of Grokster and the bugs then get Kazaalite. It works great and has the spyware either deleted or disabled...
